DILG Bohol adopts 'No walk-in
visitors' policy starting March 1
TAGBILARAN CITY, Feb. 26 (PIA) -- The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) in Bohol announced that they will adopt the "No Walk-in Visitors Policy" effective March 1, 2021 until further notice.
This measure is to minimize exposure and spread of COVID-19 due to the rising cases of the virus in the province.
For appointments, DILG Bohol advised their clients to contact them through email info@bohol.dilgregion7.net or through telephone number 0933 139 2273.
Clients are advised to indicate their full name and purpose of the visit, and wait for the reply for their scheduled appointment.
The number of active local transmission cases of COVID-19 in Bohol has hit an all-time high, continuing its surge to 108 as of Feb. 25, 2021.
As of 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, the province has recorded 1,045 total COVID-19 cases in the province with 122 active cases, 923 recoveries, and 20 deaths, based on data from the Bohol Inter-Agency Task Force. (ecb/PIA7-Bohol)
